Went to ER for a serious reaction that we were unsure of the cause. Was expecting the DR to examine me and actually do something like draw blood or do some sort of examination or tests to try and determine that I was okay. Not only did he not examine me but he didn't even come close enough to even see what was going on. If it had been a fatal poison I would have died that night because he didn't bother to put any effort into ensuring I was okay.
i have had the best service at this hospital and the staff is very caring and great. i would go to oneida Healthcare over any other hospital
Staff were friendly enough but the wait was ridiculously long, the DR did absolutely nothing, made it clear he didn't have a clue what was going on (didn't bother to examine me), took a couple mins and just wanted to stick me on several medications without even examining what was going on.
Would choose to drive an hour rather than having any of my family ever use the emergency room again.
Great medical team. Answered questions I had and concerns and unlike many other Hospitals treated me fair. Would recommend. Also my doctor was Dr. Carthledge I believe and he was amazing as was the other staff!!! Keep up the great work OHC!
Completely unacceptable! And then I get a bill for over $300. Absolutely incredible. You provided a very low quality service, I had to do my own research to figure out what was going on and you are billing me $300 for what? 2 mins with a DR who did nothing? Not happy at all! What a scam!
Can't say enough about how great I was treated after recent surgery there. My surgeon was Dr Albert Delpino and he was great along with his brother Peter who saw me in the Rome E.R at 3 a.m.Everyone I came in contact with from being admitted, to my medical care givers were great. A special shout out to everyone on the Fourth floor . You guys are the best. Very compassionate, professional care givers THANK-YOU!!
