Never have the parts i need. I either have to try walmart or go to home depot.
Horrible. I bought 2 bags of salt pellets and paid with a 50 dollar bill. Didn't pay attention to the change the cashier gave me just put in and the receipt in my pocket. When I got home I took them out of my pocket to realize that she rang it in as a 20 dollar bill. So I go back to the store 12 miles away. They tell me that her drawer isn't over. Hmmm how is that I ask? Apparently they have a dishonest employee working in their store. Not happy to say the least. I spend thousands of dollars in that store a week as I'm a self employed contractor. They just lost a valued customer for sure. Home depot now will have my business.
I won't say I don't shop here, I do but only because it's the only local big home improvement center. It's almost impossible to find staff to help you and it's pricey. I kind of wish we had Home Depot...
